Saugus Speedway is Santa Clarita’s largest Special
Event Facility with over 35 acres! Our asphalted 1/3 mile
oval racetrack has been used for a variety of events from
concerts and festivals to expos, circuses to automotive demonstrations,
and used car tent sales, in addition to our own 'in
house special events'.
With a charming hillside backdrop, over 30 acres of pavement,
rustic wooden red and white grandstands, black and white checkered
snack bars, plenty of restrooms, freeway convenient from both
the I-5 and 14 Fwys, Saugus Speedway is the ideal location
for your next event! For concert purposes, the floor of the
race-track can hold 13,000 seats, or can be configured for
smaller productions as well - the possibilities are endless!
The Saugus Speedway is available for rental M-Sat, and,
under special circumstances, can be rented for events to coincide
with our Sunday SwapMeet, which boasts an average attendance

Saugus Speedway is a popular site within the Film Industry,
not just as a race-track, but also for its size, parking,
onsite amenities, and for its location within the “golden
zone”, just 30 miles north of Los Angeles. Saugus Speedway,
most often used for racing scenes, has also been turned into
a circus, a carnival, a “drive-in”-you name it-the
location has unlimited possibilities!
Just some of the shoots where you may have seen Saugus Speedway
over the years – Fear Factor, VIP, Arliss, The Power
Rangers, Operation: Junkyard, The Love Bug and Dukes of Hazard
– just to name a few! Commercial credits include Subaru,
Ford, Miller Beer, Almond Joy, GTE, Wheel of Fortune and Zippo
Lighters. Still shoots from Motorcycle Cruiser Magazine to
Playboy. Even stunt work has been practiced and perfected
