The SwapMeet is held every Sunday. The gates open at 5:30a.m. for our monthly & pre-assigned one day vendors and 7:00 a.m. for non-reserved sellers and for our shoppers. Pre-assigned space rentals are held until 7:00 a.m. ONLY! Pre-assigned sellers NOT parked on their spaces by 7:00a.m. risk the chance that their space will be sold. Sellers may not move their vehicles off their space prior to 2:00 p.m. The SwapMeet is closed to the public at 3:00 p.m. and sellers must be off the property by 5:00 p.m. All sellers are expected to take their trash and items with them when they leave. Fines (&/or refusal of service) will be charged for those who do not follow the rules. By purchasing a space to sell at Saugus SwapMeet, you and your employees are agreeing to abide by SwapMeet rules and regulations. Actual daily, pre-reserved space rentals range from $30 - $65. Non reserved seller’s spaces start at $40 (cash only) for a normal sized vehicle. Space prices are determined by foot traffic - not size. Shopper admission on Sundays is just $1.50.

Tuesday Flea Market Days are currently just $15 per normal sized vehicle, per space. Larger vehicles or vehicles with trailers will be charged as 2 entries. Vendor gates open at 6:30am and close at 9:30am, with no space pre-reservations accepted (drive-up line only). Shopper admission for Tuesdays is currently FREE! Sellers must be off the grounds no later than 3:00pm and must take all their trash and unsold items with them when they leave.
