Space prices are based on location, not on size. To avoid any upgrades, stay away from corners, main row and spaces along a fence line. Space Prices are painted on the ground adjacent to the space number.

Only vendors may sign for their space; no relatives, friends, or associates. NO EXCEPTIONS. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase a vendor space, and possess a valid California driver's license.

There are no rain checks, refunds, or exchanges for another date. Lost Sunday reservation cards will not be replaced. Vendors will have to pay an additional $40.00 and get in the non-reserved line.

All persons selling tangible personal property of any kind ordinarily subjected to tax are required to hold a valid seller’s permit and pay to the State Board of Equalization sales tax on all sales of new or used merchandise sold on the premises. Produce and Agricultural Vendors MUST have proper State and LA County permits for the sale of these items on record with the SwapMeet office PRIOR to any sale date. All other vendors may sell two times per calendar year without a re-sale permit. After two times, a vendor must furnish us with a re-sale permit from the State Board of Equalization bearing our address as your additional place of business. This permit must be on file in the SwapMeet office PRIOR to purchasing a space for the 3rd time in the calendar year.

You operate under our business license and within its restrictions. These restrictions include: No counterfeit merchandise, No firearms of any kind, components for ammunition, explosives, knives, swords, daggers, and/or any other type of weapons. No packaged foods, candies or nuts, bakesale items or flammable prepared foods or beverages of any kind, including alcoholic beverages. No tape, DVD, or CD reproductions, drug paraphernalia, body piercing or tattooing, any material which might be objectionable to family clientele. No animals, birds, reptiles, pets or living things may be sold. No games of chance, raffles, lotteries, no fortune telling, palm reading biorhythms spiritual counseling or handwriting analysis. The names "Saugus Speedway , Saugus Swap Meet, Santa Clarita Open Air Market" are the property of Saugus Speedway and Saugus Swap Meet and cannot be used in any way without permission of the owners. Other restrictions may apply that are not listed. Please inquire in the office if you have any questions.

Sellers are required to insure their space covers are properly weighted at all times. There is a minimum of 25 lb. weight per corner. Sellers are responsible for any injuries or damages that happen to buyers or other sellers caused by them or their merchandise, their vehicles, or their suppliers. The Saugus Swap Meet does not provide liability insurance for sellers. The Swap Meet does not sanction or endorse any services or products represented by any vendors or business. Saugus Swap Meet management shall be harmless from any liability or damages arising from sellers use of the premises and/or injury to persons to property resulting from items sold or exchanged by seller thereon. Sellers will conduct business in a professional manner and in compliance with Swap Meet policies.

All sellers are required to take their trash and unsold items with them when they leave. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a monetary fine of a minimum of $50 and the revoking of future seller privileges. Dumpsters & trash cans on site are not for vendor use!

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
